The Mission
Cratic Consulting’s mission is to perceive equity through intentional action, self-reflection and leadership. Re-examining the individual and organizational response to diversity, equity and inclusion is critical to developing an equitable approach to problem-solving, collaboration, de-escalation and improved workplace engagement. Our goal is to provide organizations with the tools to build upon existing knowledge, experience and cultural intelligence that will allow for creative freedoms to integrate a culture of independent, unified thought leadership and innovation from employees at all levels.
Meet Tyrone
Tyrone Cratic Williams, a multifaceted leader, embodies a rare combination of roles: a visionary CEO, an innovative workforce development specialist, a financial literacy educator, and a committed Certified Diversity Practitioner. His unique insight is further enriched by his experience as a police officer in Madison, bringing a critical perspective to diversity and inclusion challenges.
With over ten years of experience, Tyrone has spearheaded transformative training and workshops, focusing on implicit racial bias. His dedication is rooted in a deep commitment to fostering equitable solutions for underrepresented communities. He has successfully led financial and workforce development programs for over 1,000 students of diverse backgrounds, demonstrating a talent for creating inclusive educational environments.
At Cratic Consulting, Tyrone leads by example, offering bespoke Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training programs. His approach is tailored to the nuanced needs of each organization, ensuring strategies that not only embrace diversity but also enhance communication and community relations. His work extends beyond the corporate realm, impacting various sectors including education and law enforcement.
Tyrone's academic background, with an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University and a B.A. from Edgewood College, complements his practical experience. As a Certified Financial Education Instructor and a former Wisconsin State Assembly candidate, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to his consultancy.
His passion for equality and justice is evident through his collaborations with diverse clients like Olbrich Botanical Gardens, United Way of Dane County, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School.
